Professor Anne Hemingway

Professor Hemingway is a consultant radiologist specialising in imaging in subfertility.
Prof Hemingway qualified from Guys Hospital Medical School in 1975 pursuing a career in General Medicine followed by Radiology at the Hammersmith Hospital and RPMS. Interests within radiology include: vascular interventional radiology; radiation safety; education and training; and gynaecology, in particular subfertility and hysterosalpingography (HSG).
Prof Hemingway has published and presented locally nationally and internationally in all the areas sited. Current research interest include: hysterosalpingography in facilitating spontaneous conception; hysterosalpingography in the identification of uterine synechiae; and hysterosalpingography in the localization and identification of Caesarean section Niche defects.
