Dr Tracey Kay

I commenced my training in obstetrics and gynaecology as an SHO in Exeter in 1998 and I have always been passionate about high quality, safe maternity care. Following my training in the Peninsula Deanery, I secured my Consultant post in Exeter in 2009. I work as a fulltime NHS Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and hold responsibilities for Obstetric Governance, Intrapartum care, PMRT and I am the current Obstetric Safety Champion for the trust. Outside of the RDEH, I am the Obstetric BAPM Quality lead, the Obstetric lead for the Periprem project and also heavily involved in our Devon LMNS and SW Regional Maternity and Perinatal Team.
